Terms Of Service

Thank you for using LiveTranslate! These terms of service (the "Terms") govern you access to and use of LiveTranslate ("we" or "our") website and services (the "Services"), and any information, text, graphics, materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing in the Services (collectively referred to as "Content"). Your access to and use of the Services are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Services.
1. Using Our Services
By access to or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are responsible for your use of the Services, for any Content you post to the Services, and for any consequences thereof.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The nature of the Services that we provide may change without prior notice to you. Additional Terms may apply and become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.
2. Privacy
Any content that you provide to LiveTranslate is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your Content. You understand that through your use of the Services you consent the collection and use of this Content, including the transfer of this Content for storage, processing and use by LiveTranslate.
As part of providing you the Services, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and your LiveTranslate account, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving.
3. Passwords
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords with your account. You should notify LiveTranslate immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
LiveTranslate cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
4. Your Rights
By using our Services you provide us with Content that you submit to LiveTranslate. You retain full ownership to your Content. We do not claim any ownership to any of it. These Terms do not grant us any rights to your Content except for the limited rights that are needed to run the Services, as explained below.
We may need your permission to do things you ask us to do with your Content, such as keeping your Content at your direction. You give us the permissions we need to do those things solely to provide the Services.
We would not share your Content with others regardless of the Services change. How we collect and use your Content is explained in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for your Content while using the Services.
5. LiveTranslate Rights
All right, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding your Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of LiveTranslate. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding LiveTranslate, or the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
6. Restrictions on Content and Use of the Services
Our Services allow you to submit Content. We respect the ownership of the content that you submitted and you are responsible for the Content provided. Please review the following to better understand what is prohibited on the Services. We reserve the right at all times to remove the Content provided by you, to suspend or terminate your account. Once your account is terminated, any of your credit balance will be forfeited.
Virus
You may not upload or send Content containing virus to the Services, regardless of your intention.
Pornography
You may not send obscene or pornographic Content to the Services, regardless of your intention.
Multiple Accounts
You should not sign up with multiple accounts, for the purpose of earning more rewards. Mass account creation may result in suspension of all related accounts.
7. Modifying and Terminating Our Services
We are improving our Services from time to time. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You may stop using our Services at any time for any reason. You do not need to specifically inform LiveTranslate when you stop using the Services. We may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
We believe that your Content attached to the Services is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by the email address associated with your account and a chance to get the Content out of that Service.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope you enjoying using them. However, your access to and use of the Services or any Content are at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, LIVETRANSLATE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that LiveTranslate is not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; or the content, products or services on or available from such websites or resources. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIVETRANSLATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT LIVETRANSLATE HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
9. Operating Methods
For any Content you submitted to the Services will be on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
The job queue provided in the Services is for estimation purpose only. LiveTranslate cannot guarantee the exact duration needed for each service.
You cannot delete or cancel any service after it is started.
10. Payment
Our Services may require you to make payment. All payment should be traded in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Please read the following carefully in order to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Age
You should be at least eighteen (18) years old to make any payment on using the Services. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may make payment only with the involvement of your parents or guardian. Make sure you review the Terms with your parents or guardian so that you both understand all of your rights and responsibilities.
Making Payment
When you make payment on LiveTranslate, you agree to provide a valid funding instrument to load money into our system. When you have successfully completed the funding transaction, we will immediately transfer the money value into credit (Ringgit Malaysia) and put into your account.
Payment Methods
Funding instruments
Payment can be done via credit card, cheque, online transfer and direct bank-in. For online transfer and direct bank-in, you agree to provide us your proof of payment (bank-in slip) by fax, email, or post. Only formal proof of payment will be processed.
Authority
When you provide a funding instrument to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that funding instrument. You also authorize us to charge the mentioned amount to the funding instrument you designated.
Credits
You need credits in order to use our Services. When you make payment, your money will be transferred into credit under your account. Your credit will then be used for Services used.
Your credits are non-refundable to the full extent permitted by law. You will not sell or transfer your credits to other accounts.
Your credits will never expire, except for those credit reward given by LiveTranslate.
Disputes and Reversals
If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to report to us immediately, to prevent any financial loss to you and to us. Any claim submitted after the Services are completed will not be entertained.
If you experience any technical failure or interruption during your funding process, you may inform us immediately to prevent any financial loss.
11. About These Terms
These Terms control the relationship between LiveTranslate and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
We may revise these Terms or add additional terms from time to time. The most current version will always be on this page. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
